I had the pleasure of hosting Caroline for an internal event organized for our France Learning Community around the theme of collective strength, and the experience was unforgettable! Our participants were taken on a thoroughly enjoyable musical journey. Very quickly, Caroline brilliantly transformed them into sopranos, tenors and baritones performing an excerpt from Carmen. Everyone was won over by Caroline's talent and contagious energy. A huge thank you, Caroline, for your professionalism and your gift for bringing people together!

Thank you, Caroline, for the recent keynote "The Voice of the Collective," delivered to our entire community of managers. Your ability to shine, to share your experience and insight into the world of opera while drawing out the parallels with the business world, gave us a real chance to step back and reflect together. It was also a beautiful, shared moment when you had all of us sing together, working on grounding and the power of our voice. What a wonderful result achieved in just a few minutes - proof of the strength of the collective!

Caroline led our manager seminars in May 2026. She created a wonderful atmosphere among participants, who were able to give their best during the vocal performances. Caroline built a real climate of trust between herself and participants, and gave them management tools centered on listening, trust and drawing on each person's strengths. I highly recommend her.

Her UNIQUE APPROACH

For 15 years, Caroline MacPhie performed at the highest level of international opera. On stage, she learned a simple truth: sustainable performance never rests on individual skill alone. It stems from commitment, trust, listening, and the ability of a group to move forward together towards a common goal. For over 10 years, she has been applying these principles to the corporate world through keynotes, workshops, and experiential seminars that draw on the mechanisms of high-performance art.

Her goal: to help organizations build teams that are more engaged, more united, and higher performing.

Through an approach that is original, concrete and deeply human, Caroline creates memorable experiences that spark reflection, emotion and action all at once.

An expert with the business network APM (Association Progrès du Management) expert, she regularly speaks to business leaders across France. She is also Artistic Director of Mission Opéra France, a charity that develops ambitious artistic and educational outreach projects for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

I had the pleasure of taking part in a two-day training program, "Elevate Your Voice Through Opera," led by Caroline. And what an experience! In two days, I picked up a wealth of concrete techniques and tips for improving my public speaking. Caroline created a real climate of trust, adapting to each participant with sensitivity and generosity, and offering personalized advice that was immediately applicable. She knew how to bring out everyone's talents while holding us to a caring kind of rigor — the kind that pushes you to take risks, to experiment, to move past your own limiting beliefs. A huge thank you, Caroline, for the quality and precision of this coaching. In my view, this training is a must for anyone who needs to speak in front of an audience.

From the very first session with Caroline, I knew that I had found the right person. She had taken the time to review all the materials I sent her before our session and had very specific notes for each one. From there, we built a specifically tailored plan. Her coaching over the last year has not only helped me build a more solid vocal foundation but has also given me more confidence in my daily work. Caroline doesn't impose a style on you instead she helps you find your own voice. She will also challenge you to go beyond what you think you might be capable of doing. Beyond all of that, Caroline is one of the most genuinely honest people I've met. She's warm and inviting, she will push you and lift you up!
